July 18th

A very brief glimpse of the past 11 years.....

And so it begins......

We have lived in our house for 2 years now and have done hardly any house projects. Can I just tell you how nice it has been!! We did put in a garden and had someone come paint the babies room but I think that is the extent. In our old house we were doing constant projects for 5 years so it has been nice to do nothing. But we are starting to feel that our basement should be used for more than just storage of all our junk.

Tomorrow framing starts on our basement. Jim had enough practice from our old house plus he really doesn't have time so we are paying someone to come do it. Yahoo!!!!

The finished result should have a home theater room, a bathroom and a washroom. Here is a beautiful before shot of a section.

4th of July

Here are some pictures from the 4th. How can it already be that time of summer? It is going by much too fast!!!!
On the 3rd we had a BBQ with my parents and did a few fireworks. On the 4th we went to Matt and Ruth's for a BBQ and then came home and did some fireworks with Steve, Andrew and Trevor. The babies were in bed thus no pictures of them :)
