Lucky

How lucky our four children are to have FOUR grandparents to spend time with and that love them so much. I am so grateful for these four grandparents in our kids lives (and mine and Jim's). We are lucky enough to live close to both sets of grandparents and get to spend a lot of time with them. I hope my kids will always realize how lucky that is for them. There are a lot of little moments they get to share with Grandpa H. and Grandma H. and Grandpa Bob and Grandma C. that really are priceless.

Like this picture....... Afton and her Grandma H.

The picture is perfect and says so much!!!

*Thanks to Nate and Liz for use of the camera and Jim for getting the shot.

** Also just in case you thought this post might have been about our dog LUCKY.... well here you go :)

My older kids started school today. The house already seems too quite and they have only been gone a little while. But when all of them are home it just seems too noisy :) Anyways, here is a little school spotlight.....

Island Park

We just got back from an extended weekend up at Island Park with my parents. Rather than unpack or be productive.... I will post pictures :)

I feel like I need to quote from the Titanic movie when looking at this picture of Afton :)

My parents with Ethan,Afton and Lilly (Lizzie was in no mood for pictures)

Lucky found some Idaho rocks to bark at.

Ethan was a great big brother and did many games of catch while his younger sisters jumped off a picnic table.

Even Jim wanted to get in on the game!

Harrison family (you have to look closely for Afton in this picture.)

Eating Creamies

Foosball tournaments (or volleyball as Lilly kept calling it). Little did we all know my dad had some secret skills in this game from his days in the army.
