May is always SUPER busy and crazy with end of year stuff.
May 5th- Afton and Lilly had their first piano recital.
It was at South Towne Mall and they did awesome!
May 6th- The very next day Ethan had his big monster
concert with his piano teacher also at South Towne Mall.
May 12th- Ethan took his very first
AP Exam (Human Geography). We are crossing our fingers till June when we get the results. Here are some pictures

May 12th- That evening Afton and Lilly had
their dance recital at Rose Wagner

May 12th- I missed Afton and Lilly's dance recital this year :(
Instead, I had the special opportunity to be invited as a guest for a teacher (Joani Richardson) at our elementary school who was receiving The Huntsman Award for Excellence in Education. It was such an inspiring evening with some good company and delicious food!
May 17th- Lizzie's band concert.
It is amazing how good this group of middle school kids sound.
May 22nd- Nate and Liz and their cute kiddos were in town for a little bit. We were able to babysit Asher, Annalisa and Isaac while their parents went out for a little bit.
May 24th- Lizzie's choir concert. They sounded great! 3 out of her 4 grandparents were able to come.
May 27th- Ethan and Lizzie were in charge of babysitting the Cook children for the evening. I helped a little with Esmae.
