Carving Pumpkins

Earlier tonight we went over to my parents house for some pumpkin carving.  Another fun night celebrating the fall season.

The weather, company and evening were perfect!

Harrison Halloween Party 2017

Tom and Stacey hosted the annual Harrison Halloween party.  It is always a fun night together.  Extra bonus because now I know each of our costumes are done and I don't have to worry about it.   I also  do most of the pictures of kids in their costumes this night so I don't have to worry about it on Halloween.  Win/win.

Cornbelly's

It's become tradition in our family to visit Cornbelly's in October.  It is always one of my favorite nights together as a family in this month. 

He made it out another year.

Silver Lake

I've been wanting to get up in the canyons for a little while to see the fall colors.  Sunday after church we headed up to Silver Lake.  About a half hour before we got up there a mini blizzard of snow happened.  There was a little dusting of snow and it was a brisk 28 degrees!!!!  About 20 degrees colder up in the canyon than down in the valley.  Still absolutely gorgeous though!!!!

This picture makes my heart melt  because in just 2 and half years this big brother will be getting ready to leave for a mission and college. These  girls are so lucky to have him as a brother.

Altara FundRun

On October 7th Altara had their big fundraiser for the year with a FundRun.  The PTA  had it up at Alta High  with food trucks and running around the Alta track.   It is sad to think next year will be the last one any of my kids will be a part of.  We have been to every one for the past 11 years.

Gardner Village

On October 2nd we hopped in our car after dinner and went to go explore the witches over at Gardner Village.
