Back to School Cousin Party

It was time for the annual Back to School Cousin Party.

  We were missing some of our Idaho and Nevada cousins :(   

Still a fun night with bubbles, good food and of course the spotlights.

They had lots of fun games like pin the nose on the clown, match duckies, Plinko, bean bag toss and even popcorn and snow cones.  It was all finished off with a clown parade and redeeming tickets for prizes.

The other day (August 14th) we had Jim's work Lagoon day and a last summer bucket list item before I headed back to work.

Jim Day 2018

We usually try to get a "Jim day" in each summer.  It usually consists of mountains, fishing, sometimes camping, dirt, etc.   This year we got up to the Uinta's Friday evening, played on the lake on Saturday and stopped at the Polar King before heading home Saturday night.  A nice 24 hours with just our family.
