On July 5th we headed up to Oakley and met with a realtor to look at some property. We looked at about 10 different properties. After we said goodbye and thank you to the realtor we went and had a second look at one property just as our family. We felt really good about this particular piece of land. Then we called our realtor and before we were heading down the canyon had an offer in. We went low on our offer and we were extra excited when it was accepted.
We would like to introduce you to our almost acre piece of land (0.95 is the official measurement). Official address is 9 Tom Paine Ln Oakley, UT. One day we will build a cabin. One day in the very FAR future......we do need to expand on our current house first. So maybe it will be our kids or grandkids building the cabin :) But you have to start your dream somewhere right? These pictures are from July 5th. It was when we went back for the second time. We closed on it today :)
