Busy but fun night. My parents came up around 5:30 (actually got pictures of them this time). We had some chili and headed out for some trick or treating around 6. My parents stayed until about 7:00 and then headed home. Thanks for coming! After that Lizzie hooked up with a couple of her friends. Jim took Afton and Lilly around with a few neighborhood dads and their kids. I stayed home to pass out candy and to chaperone Ethan's Halloween party.

Afton and Lilly off for some fun! |
Back at Home- We told Ethan once he turned 12 it was time to retire from trick or treating. We let him invite some friends over and have a little party instead. They hung out outside, played some card game called Munchkin, ate lots of food and watched The Hunger Games.

And the next day....
This morning consisted of some serious candy trading.
So funny to watch. It reminds me a little of stock market trading. Lizzie will trade almost anything for Hershey's Bar or a Crunch. Lilly loves Smarties. Ethan likes anything non-chocolate and Afton loves Kit Kats. So the trades actually go fairly well with all their different "favorites".
