Cooking party

For Lizzie's friend party she wanted to have a cooking party. 7 year old parties are so MUCH easier to plan than previous years. Her friends came over and...

First- they decorated their chef hats. I bought paper chef hats and then they put their names on them and decorated them with stickers

Second- they each were given an apron. SO MANY THANKS TO MY TALENTED AWESOME FRIEND VAL!!!! They were the cutest things and the girls thought it was so cool they got to take them home.

Third- the girls made their own pizzas with english muffins as the crust. This is Lizzie's really good friend Sophie. She is the cutest thing under that hat :)

Fourth- I taught the girls how to make chocolate covered strawberries. Yum! And the girls loved this. No pictures since my hands were busy controlling the mess of melted chocolate.

Fifth- opening presents. It was so cute to see how excited the girls got to watch Lizzie open the presents they gave her. So cute.

Lizzie has such a great group of friends right now and they are all so adorable. It was a fun if not loud (girls like to scream when they are excited) party

How fun-that seems like such a fun idea; nice to see Lizzie smiling for real in some of those pictures (when she wasn't looking, I'm sure). :)
